01Acceptance of Terms
These terms form the agreement between you and Joel Studio regarding your use of the racing pigeon manager LoftCommander (鸽舍教头) (the "app", App ID: com.joelstudio.pigeon). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to all of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
02Service Description
LoftCommander is a fully local racing pigeon manager offering loft profiles, training, pedigree, and health records. It works completely offline, with no account required.
03Free Tier and Pro
- Free: 1 loft and up to 20 active birds, with full access to every feature;
- Pro ($9.99, one-time purchase): 3 lofts, unlimited birds, plus end-to-end encrypted third-party cloud backup;
- Pro is a one-time purchase — no subscriptions or auto-renewals of any kind.
04Your Data and Backup Responsibility
All of your data is stored only on your device (or in the iCloud you enable). You are responsible for backing up your own data; we recommend enabling iCloud sync.
We are not liable for data loss caused by failure to back up, uninstalling the app, or device loss or damage. Uninstalling the app deletes local data — export or confirm your data is synced first.
05Intellectual Property
The app's software, interface, and copy are the intellectual property of Joel Studio. All data you create in the app (profiles, photos, records, etc.) belongs to you.
06Fair Use
You agree to use the app lawfully, not for any illegal purpose, and not to reverse-engineer, crack, or assist others in cracking the app.
07Reference Information Disclaimer
Release decision references, weather information, health reminders, inbreeding coefficients, and similar content in the app are provided for reference only and do not constitute professional veterinary, training, or racing advice. You make and bear the consequences of your own decisions. Pigeon racing carries inherent risks (including but not limited to lost birds) — please train sensibly.
08Third-Party Services
Cloud backup, weather, and maps rely on the availability of third-party services (Apple, cloud providers, etc.). Their outages or changes may affect the corresponding features; we are not liable for this.
09Changes and Termination
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page. If you do not accept the updated terms, you should stop using and uninstall the app.
